THAT, the agenda be adopted as presented.

THAT , the Committee of the Whole meeting minutes of May 28th, 2024, be approved as circulated.

THAT , the Mississippi Valley Conservation Authority - Land Conservation Strategy presentation by Sally McIntyre, General Manager dated June 11th, 2024, be received as information.

THAT, Councillor Summers be appointed to the Lanark County - Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Access (IDEA) Working Group.

THAT , the communications dated June 11th, 2024, be received as information .

THAT , Council approve the Multi-Year Accessibility Plan 2024-2028.

THAT , Council authorize staff to proceed with a closure plan for Watson’s Corners Transfer Site, through EXP, for the quoted cost of $8,600 (excluding HST), AND THAT , staff are to apply to the MOECP for the closure of Watson’s Corners Transfer Site, AND FURTHER THAT , staff will report back to Council on the application status.

THAT , Council accept this report in regard to the Waste Committee applications and updated Terms of Reference as information, AND THAT , Council chooses option 1 as a method to proceed, AND FURTHER THAT, a By-Law establishing the Committee be brought to Council in the future.

THAT , the Council Committee Appointment Updates (verbal) be received as information.

THAT , the Committee of the Whole meeting adjourn at 6:45 p.m.
