THAT , Council passes the necessary By-law to approve Zoning By-Law Amendment ZA-2025-05 (Fillipoff) for the lands described as Lot 5, Concession 4, geographic Township of Lanark, now in the Township of Lanark Highlands, locally known as 720 Rosetta Road from the “Rural (RU)” Zone to Rural – Exception 46 (RU-46)” to restrict residential development in close proximity to an existing livestock facility.

THAT , Council accepts the Draft Strategic Plan documents to initiate public review period to allow for the provision of feedback until 30 January 2026.

THAT , Council Authorize staff to participate in meetings and working groups with neighbouring municipalities to discuss potential options for regional-model recreation facilities with regular briefings to Council provided through the CAO update.

THAT , the Council Committee Appointment Updates (verbal) be received as information.
