THAT, Council accept the resignation of Councillor Kelso from the Lanark Highland Youth Centre Board of Directors, effective immediately; AND THAT, Councillor Vereyken be appointed to serve as the Council representative on the Lanark Highland Youth Centre Board of Directors for the remainder of the term, for a period ending 31 October 2026. AND THAT, Council accept the resignation of Councillor Vereyken from the Mississippi Valley Conservation Authority (MVCA) Board of Directors, effective immediately; AND FURTHER THAT, Councillor Kelso be appointed to serve as the Council representative on the MVCA Board of Directors for the remainder of the term, for a period ending 31 October 2026.
