THAT , Council award the RFQ for Hanging Baskets and Flower Barrels to Green Acres Greenhouses & Landscaping in the amount (excluding HST) of $11,961.15 for 2024 and $12,319.98 for 2025; AND THAT , the Treasurer is authorized to sign a contract with Green Acres Greenhouses & Landscaping for the supply of plant materials and services for the 2024 and 2025 seasons; AND THAT , staff inquire with the contractor about whether the quote for providing the services for the 2024 year would remain the same if the quotation for the 2025 service was not approved.
