THAT , the Committee of the Whole meeting minutes of September 8th, 2026, be approved as circulated.

THAT , the delegations/presentations dated September 22nd, 2026 be received as information.

THAT , Council direct staff to bring forward a report for information regarding the matters raised in the resident communication attached as Item 7.6 of the September 22, 2026 Committee of the Whole agenda.

THAT , the communications dated September 22nd, 2026 be received as information.

THAT, Council receive the draft Community Risk Assessment attached as Appendix A to Report # FIR-2026-31; AND THAT, the draft Community Risk Assessment be released for public consultation, including a public open house to be held on October 13, 2026; AND THAT, staff report back to Committee of the Whole on October 27, 2026, with the results of the public consultation and the final Community Risk Assessment for consideration.

THAT , Council receive Staff Report # FIN-2026-61 as information; AND THAT, Council direct staff to prepare a revised arena user fee proposal addressing cost-sharing, the rate structure, timing of implementation, and financial implications.

THAT , Council support the Township’s application to the Rural Ontario Development (ROD) Program (Third Application Period) to partially fund the development of a Community Profile and an Economic Development web page in 2027; AND THAT , Council recommend that the new council allocate $15,000 for the project within the 2027 budget; AND FURTHER THAT , this matter be brought to Council on 22 September 2026 for final approval.

THAT, Council defer consideration of the 2027 Council Meeting Schedule.

THAT , the Council Committee Appointment Updates (verbal) be received as information.

THAT, the CAO update be received for information.

THAT , the Ontario East Municipal Conference (OEMC) update from Councillor Roberts be received as information.

THAT , the Committee of the Whole meeting adjourn at 9:11 p.m.
