THAT, the presentation by EXP Services regarding the 2022 landfill monitoring, be received as information.

THAT , the communications dated May 23rd, 2023, be received as information.

THAT , the Dust Suppression / Calcium Chloride tender be extended for 2023 to Morris Chemical at a cost of $0.338/L, at an anticipated volume of 360,000L, for an anticipated total cost of $121,680 (excluding HST), as outlined in Report RDS-2023-014; AND THAT , this matter be brought to the Council meeting of May 23, 2023, to advance on the dust suppressant application.

THAT , Council accepts staff report RDS-2023-015 Update to Third Plow Truck Procurement, for information.

THAT , Council accept report RDS-2023-017 Proposed Planned Work in 2023 – Public Works, for information purposes.

THAT , Council accepts report WST-2023-03 regarding the 2022 Waste Site Monitoring Reporting for the Township of Lanark Highlands for information, AND THAT , Council direct staff to undertake the consultant’s (EXP) and staff’s recommendations identified in report WST-2023-03 and the 2022 Waste Site Monitoring Reports, AND FURTHER THAT , the 2022 Waste Site Monitoring Reports be posted on the Township’s website.

THAT , the Council Committee Appointment Updates (verbal) be received as information.
