THAT, the agenda be adopted as presented.

THAT , the delegations dated June 9th, 2026 be received as information.

THAT , Council accept the “Discussion Draft” of the new Township of Lanark Highlands Zoning By-law as presented; AND THAT , Council direct staff to advertise for a public open house and public meeting in accordance with the requirements of the Planning Act, to obtain public comments on the “Discussion Draft” New Zoning By-law; AND FURTHER THAT , Council direct staff to circulate the Discussion Draft of the new Township of Lanark Highlands Zoning By-law to prescribed agencies and First Nations to provide them an opportunity to comment on the Discussion Draft prior to Council’s further consideration of the matter.

THAT , Council enact the By-law to close Fire Station 4, as presented.

THAT , Council receive Report COR-2026-68 regarding the draft Clean and Safe Properties By-law as information; AND THAT , staff be directed to continue the review and refinement of the draft By-law for future consideration in conjunction with the proposed Administrative Monetary Penalty System (AMPS) By-law and associated policies.

THAT, Council receive Staff Report #RDS-2026-35 as information; AND THAT, Council authorize staff to award the request for proposal (RFP) number PW-2026-03 – Traffic Counting Services to Traffic Survey Analysis Inc. for $57,848.52 (inclusive of non-recoverable HST; AND FURTHER THAT , the surplus of $27,151.48 in the Capital budget for Traffic Counting Services be used to reduce budget overage of Snye Road Rehabilitation as noted in Staff Report: #RDS-2026-34; AND FURTHER THAT , the Manager of Public Works report back to Council with an update on monitoring results and the timeline / process in support of the drafting of a new roads by-law; AND FURTHER THAT , this matter be brought to the Council meeting of 9 June 2026, in order to proceed with the monitoring program.

THAT , the Council Committee Appointment Updates (verbal) be received as information.

THAT , the CAO Update (verbal) be received as information.

THAT, the Committee of the Whole meeting minutes of May 26, 2026, be approved as circulated.

THAT, the communications dated June 9th, 2026 be received as information.

THAT, Council authorize staff to proceed with the purchase of a new tandem plow truck from GINCOR WERX using the quotes obtained through the CANOE Procurement Group for $450,633.98 (including non-recoverable HST) as identified in Report #RDS- 2026-32; AND THAT, Council authorize the surplus be used to fund overages noted in previously approved 2026 capital projects (dust control, road work, etc); AND FURTHER THAT, this matter be brought to the Council meeting of 9 June 2026, to proceed with the purchase agreement.
