THAT, the agenda be adopted as amended.

THAT , the Committee of the Whole meeting minutes of January 14th, 2025, be approved as circulated.

THAT, Council authorize a reduction in ice rental fees for the Clyde Fire Fighters Association Annual Charity Hockey Tournament on 15 March 2025; AND THAT, staff be directed to obtain the necessary Special Events Food Vendor permit from the Leeds, Grenville and Lanark District Health Unit to allow for a food truck at the event.

THAT , the communications dated January 28th, 2025 be received as information.

THAT , Council pass the necessary resolution to clarify that Section 5.0 of the Official Plan should reference 'Schedule C' instead of 'Schedule B”; ​AND THAT , the Clerk be authorized to make administrative changes to the text of the Official Plan to correctly reference Schedule C in Section 5.0 of the Official plan; ​ ​AND FURTHER THAT , these changes be formally captured in a future Official Plan Update/Housekeeping exercise.

THAT , Council award the contract for the Hanging Baskets and Flower Barrels to Green Acres Greenhouses & Landscaping in the amount (excluding HST) of $13,059.55 for 2025 and $13,715.33 for 2026; AND THAT , Staff are authorized to enter into a two-year contract with Green Acres Greenhouses & Landscaping.

THAT , RFP FIN-2024-01 be awarded to KPMG for the 2023, 2024 and 2025 audits with the option to extend the contract for an additional two years being 2026 and 2027; AND THAT , this motion be brought forward for consideration at the Council meeting on 28 January 2025.

THAT , Council confirm the appointment of Michel Vermette and Rod Bowes as the two (2) community representatives to the Lanark County OPP Detachment Board until the end of the current term of Council; AND THAT , Council approve the draft 2025 Lanark County OPP Detachment Board Budget; AND THAT , the Terms of Reference for the Lanark County OPP Detachment Board attached as Appendix B to staff report COR-2025-17 be approved; AND FURTHER THAT , this motion be brought forward for consideration at the Council meeting on 28 January 2025.

THAT , the Council Committee Appointment Updates (verbal) be received as information.

THAT , the CAO Update (verbal) be received as information.
