THAT , the Committee of the Whole meeting minutes of June 27th, 2023, be approved as circulated.

THAT , staff send a letter to the County of Lanark regarding the implementation of shared Building services.

THAT , the communications dated August 8th, 2023, be received as information.

THAT , Council approve the updated Procedural By-Law Amendment as presented; AND THAT , staff bring forth the by-law to the next Council meeting.

THAT , Council accepts Report BLD-2023-04, 2nd Quarter Building Report for 2023, as information.

THAT , council receive report FIR-2023-07 Fire Department Second Quarter Report for information.

THAT , Council authorize staff to proceed with the procurement of a 2023 Backhoe from JR Brisson for a cost of $184,747 (excluding HST), and to proceed with the trade-in of the Township’s existing two units, as identified in Report RDS-2023-22; AND THAT , this matter be brought to the Council Meeting of August 8, 2023, to proceed with the agreement and purchase in order to retain a unit for the winter of 2023.

THAT , the Council Committee Appointment Updates (verbal) be received as information.
