THAT, the agenda be adopted as presented.

THAT , the Committee of the Whole meeting minutes of January 10th, 2023, be approved as circulated.

THAT , the communications dated January 24, 2023, be received as information.

THAT , Council declare a portion of unopened road allowance located between Concession 3 and 4 at Lot 23, Geographic Township of Lanark, designated as Parts 3 & 4 on Plan 27R-9209, and Part 5 on Plan 27R-7475, as surplus lands; AND THAT , Council direct staff to proceed with the road closing procedure for the said portion of unopened road allowance.

THAT , the 2022 Municipal and School Board Elections - Accessibility Report be received as information.

THAT , Council passes the necessary By-law to approve Zoning By-Law Amendment ZA-2022-15 to rezone the lands described as 829 Lodore Road, Part Lot 15, Concession 4, geographic Township of Dalhousie, from “Rural (RU)” to “Rural Exception (RU-37)” to permit the establishment of a new second dwelling on the property with its own well and septic system and its own entrance onto the property, to the west of the existing dwelling.

THAT , Council authorize staff to procure a plow truck should the opportunity arise, with a max ceiling amount of $375,000, excluding HST; AND THAT , the funds be drawn from the accounts as outlined in the “Financial Implications” of Report RDS-2023-03.

THAT , Council authorize staff to proceed with preparing and issuing a tender for the procurement of the Clyde Forks Bridge as outlined in Report RDS-2023-02; AND THAT , the remainder of this report be received as information; AND FURTHER THAT , this matter be brought to the Council Meeting of January 24, 2023, to proceed with the tender process.
