THAT , Council passes the necessary By-Law to permit Zoning By-Law Amendment ZA-2022-05 (Laidler) to rezone the lands described as Lots 9 and 10 on Plan 39078, geographic Township of Lanark, from Environmental Protection (EP) to Environmental Protection - Special Exception (EP-3) as presented in Report PLN-2022-44.
