THAT , Council authorizes staff to award the ‘Tender for Sidewalk Repairs PW-2022-03’ to Mopri Construction Inc. for the bid price of $263,077.00 (excluding HST) based on report RDS-2022-03; AND THAT , staff are directed to fund $63,742 excluding HST from the Capital Expenditures reserve to offset the additional costs to complete the project; AND THAT , The Manager of Public Works is authorized to issue any and all change orders as required to prevent delays and claims against the Township; AND THAT, this matter be brought to the Council Meeting of May 10 th , 2022, to allow staff to proceed with the sidewalk repair operations in the 2022 construction season.
