THAT , Council passes a by-law authorizing the Reeve and CAO/Clerk to enter into a Master Services Agreement with E-Space for the purposes of supplying IT Services to the Township of Lanark Highlands; AND THAT , Council repeals by-law 2022-1744 being a by-law to enter into an agreement with Novipro for the provision of IT Services to the Township; AND THAT , this matter be forwarded to the Council Meeting of April 26 th , 2022 in order to expedite the agreement and IT Services.
